Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NUORA weight management services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by Nuora Ltd ("NUORA", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

The service available through NUORA includes:

• Online clinical assessments and eligibility checks
• Prescribing decisions by qualified prescribers (where clinically appropriate)
• Dispensing and delivery of prescribed medications by the regulated pharmacy partner
• Ongoing clinical support and monitoring
• Lifestyle coaching and educational resources

Age, residency and service-area requirements are shown during the relevant intake and may differ by service.

Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a UK resident with a valid UK address
• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Have a valid payment method

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Clinical Services

4.1 Clinical Assessment

All prescriptions are subject to clinical assessment by our qualified healthcare professionals. We may decline to prescribe or continue treatment if we determine it is not clinically appropriate.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your health, medical history, and current medications. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service and could pose serious risks to your health.

4.3 Not a Substitute for GP Care

Our service complements but does not replace your relationship with your GP. We recommend informing your GP about any treatment you receive through NUORA. You should continue to attend regular health check-ups with your GP.

Prescriptions and Medications

5.1 Prescription Decisions

All prescription decisions are made by qualified prescribers at their sole clinical discretion. A completed assessment does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.

5.2 Medication Use

You must use prescribed medications only as directed. Do not share your medication with others. Report any side effects or adverse reactions immediately.

5.3 Delivery

Where a prescription is issued, fulfilment, delivery and any storage instructions are provided by the regulated pharmacy partner responsible for that service.

Fees and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Current prices are displayed on our website. Prices include medication costs, clinical review, and delivery unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.

6.2 Payment

Payment is required before medication is dispensed. We accept major credit and debit cards. Subscription services will be billed automatically at the agreed intervals.

6.3 Refunds

You can cancel within 14 days of joining. If no clinician has yet reviewed your consultation, we refund it in full. If you asked us to start straight away and the review has happened, we refund the part of the service not yet provided, and nothing for a completed review you agreed would end your right to cancel. If the prescriber decides treatment is not suitable, we refund what you paid for medicine and membership in full. Medicine that has been dispensed cannot be returned for a refund because of health and safety rules on prescription medicines, unless it arrives damaged or incorrect; tell us within 48 hours.

Cancellation

7.1 By You

You can cancel your plan online at any time from your account in one step; no further payments are taken and we confirm by email. We email you before renewals as the law requires. Any prepaid months you have not started are refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if we determine continued treatment is not clinically appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to NUORA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our Social Media Accounts

Nuora publishes content on its own accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. Those accounts, the content we publish there and anything you post or comment there are also subject to each platform's own terms and policies. On YouTube, Nuora uses YouTube API Services, and by viewing or interacting with our YouTube content you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we receive from these platforms and how to have it deleted (see section 10 of the Privacy Policy).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• These limitations do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are committed to resolving complaints promptly. Please see our Complaints Policy for details on how to raise a concern.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
