Who decides about your treatment
Only a qualified prescriber decides whether treatment is right for you. If it is not right for you, they will tell you why and what to do next. Software never makes that decision.
How we use software and AI
Some of what we send you is prepared with the help of software, including AI: reminders, summaries, and drafts of messages. A pharmacist or prescriber makes every clinical decision. You can always ask to speak to a person.
