1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Nuora websites, applications, communications, and services operated by Nuora LTD ("Nuora", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Nuora, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Scope

Nuora may provide public health information, online journeys, eligibility checks, patient communication tools, pharmacist-led service access, and related support. Some services have additional rules. For example, the weight-management terms apply when you use that pathway.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use clinical Nuora services.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You must be legally able to use the service from your location.
• You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit information on behalf of another person without authority.

4. Clinical Information

Website content is general information and does not replace medical advice from your GP, pharmacist, prescriber, or another qualified healthcare professional. Clinical services, prescriptions, and supply decisions depend on professional assessment and may be declined.

If you have an emergency or urgent symptoms, use NHS 111, 999, or the appropriate urgent-care route. Nuora public pages are not emergency services.

5. Accounts, Security, and Communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for telling us promptly about unauthorised use. We may contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, in-app message, or post where needed to provide the service, respond to your request, or meet legal or safety obligations.

6. Fees and Payments

Paid services show pricing before payment or subscription commitment. Some clinical or pharmacy pathways may require payment before supply. Refund rights depend on the service, prescription status, legal rules, and whether a medicine has been dispensed or dispatched.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete clinical information.
• Use Nuora to obtain medication for someone else without authority.
• Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the service.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse Nuora content except as allowed by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Nuora content, design, software, brand assets, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Nuora. You may use them only for personal, lawful use of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, Nuora is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for misuse of the service.

10. Changes and Suspension

We may update these Terms, improve or withdraw features, suspend access for safety or security reasons, or stop a service where required. If a material change affects you, we will provide appropriate notice where practical.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
