Company Details
Nuora LTD
Registered in England and Wales
Pharmacy services are provided by our GPhC-regulated pharmacy partner (Cornwells Chemists). Nuora Ltd provides the technology and clinical-AI platform.
2. Service Description
Depending on the pathway and its current availability, a Care service may include:
- Public service information and availability checks
- A structured intake or eligibility assessment
- A contact or interest-registration step
- Clinical assessment by an appropriately qualified professional where that service is offered
- Dispensing and delivery by the regulated pharmacy partner where a prescription is issued
The live pathway shows its steps, requirements, availability and next destination before you take action.
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use a Care pathway, you must:
- Meet the age, residency and service-area requirements shown in that pathway
- Provide accurate and complete information requested by the intake
- Provide contact, account or payment details only where the live pathway requests them
3.2 Contact and Access Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping any account credentials or task links sent to you secure and for providing contact details that can receive service communications.
4. Clinical Services
4.1 Clinical Assessment
All prescriptions are subject to clinical assessment by our qualified healthcare professionals. We may decline to prescribe or continue treatment if we determine it is not clinically appropriate.
4.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your health, medical history, and current medications. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service and could pose serious risks to your health.
4.3 Not a Substitute for GP Care
Our service complements but does not replace your relationship with your GP. We recommend informing your GP about any treatment you receive through NUORA. You should continue to attend regular health check-ups with your GP.
5. Prescriptions and Medications
5.1 Prescription Decisions
All prescription decisions are made by qualified prescribers at their sole clinical discretion. A completed assessment does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
5.2 Medication Use
You must use prescribed medications only as directed. Do not share your medication with others. Report any side effects or adverse reactions immediately.
5.3 Delivery
Where a prescription is issued, fulfilment, delivery and any storage instructions are provided by the regulated pharmacy partner responsible for that service.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Pricing
Where a Care pathway requires payment, the current price and what it includes are shown before checkout.
6.2 Payment
Payment is requested only when the current pathway presents a checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment processor shown at that step.
6.3 Refunds
Any cancellation or refund terms depend on the service or goods supplied and are shown before purchase. For an active request, reply to the message you received so its context stays attached.
7. Cancellation
7.1 By You
If a Care service offers a recurring plan, its cancellation terms and available cancellation route are shown before purchase and in the service communications you receive.
7.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if we determine continued treatment is not clinically appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to NUORA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- These limitations do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We are committed to resolving complaints promptly. Please see our Complaints Policy for details on how to raise a concern.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Contact Us
If your question relates to an active care request, reply to the message you received so its context stays attached.
