Complete a migraine history assessment covering frequency, triggers, severity, and current treatments.

A pharmacist reviews your history and determines eligibility for preventive or acute therapies.

Receive a personalised treatment plan — this may include CGRP inhibitors (rimegepant/atogepant), triptans, or preventive medications.

Track migraines with a digital headache diary and attend regular pharmacist reviews to optimise treatment.
Assessment for newer preventive treatments including rimegepant and atogepant where clinically appropriate.
Digital tracking of migraine frequency, duration, triggers, and severity scores.
Optimisation of rescue medication to reduce medication overuse headache risk.
Structured escalation from lifestyle management through to pharmacological prevention.
Pattern analysis from diary data to identify and manage personal triggers.
Regular pharmacist consultations to assess treatment response and adjust plans.
- Adults aged 18 and over with diagnosed migraine
- At least 4 migraine days per month (for preventive therapies)
- Previous trial of at least one standard preventive (for CGRP access)
- No contraindicated cardiovascular conditions
- Not currently pregnant or planning pregnancy
