- Women or people assigned female at birth, typically aged 40 and over
- Experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms
- No current breast cancer or hormone-sensitive cancer history (for hormonal options)
- No undiagnosed vaginal bleeding
- Willing to engage with regular symptom tracking and clinical reviews
